Changing Nature screening

After presenting a screening at the Austrian Culture Forum last spring on transformations in animation, I’m pleased to have been invited back this year to present another screening of work selected from the annual Ars Electronica animation festival.

Changing Nature is a selection of films that explore our relationship with natural forms and the natural world using the possibilities of digital technology to manipulate, deconstruct and abstract familiar organisms and environments. The programme includes work by Quayola, Memo Akten, Matt Pyke, Gergely Wootsch, Cassandra C Jones, Ian Cheng and Masahiro Tsutani.

The screening takes place at the Austrian Culture Forum London on Thursday 30 January, 7pm. Tickets are free, but need to be booked via the ACF’s website.
