Pitching at Regiofund in Poland

On Friday 6 October I will be pitching a long-form film, currently in development, at the International Co-Production Forum Regiofund in Katowice, Poland. This will be a great opportunity to meet producers, funders, broadcasters, and distributors from across Europe.

The project that I will be presenting is The Deathless Woman by artist Roz Mortimer, which tells the story of a Roma woman murdered in a forest in Poland during WWII who returns to haunt us, uncovering the buried history of the Roma in Europe. The Deathless Woman will unearth tales of persecution and resistance from the Roma people from the 1940s to the present day through an innovative approach to the supernatural, re-enactment and performance.
